1. The employer submits the work visa application to the Immigration Department.
2. The applicant prepares and submits personal documents.
3. The Immigration Department reviews the application and may request additional documents or an interview.
4. Upon approval, the applicant receives the visa label.
5. The applicant enters Hong Kong with the visa and applies for a Hong Kong Identity Card.
6. The applicant works in Hong Kong in accordance with visa conditions.
